Description
The Teacher operates a Head Start classroom, planning and implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences, supervising children, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, conducting screenings and assessments, documenting progress, and supporting families through conferences, home visits, and communication. The role requires an appropriate early-childhood education degree or degree in progress, 1,040 hours of licensed early-childhood or public-school experience, and First Aid and CPR certification. It is a 40-hour, Monday-Friday, 7:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. position in St. Cloud, Minnesota, with benefits including retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, employer-paid life and long-term disability, and optional health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, and disability benefits.
