Matrix Human Services is hiring a Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment for preschool children and their parents. The role develops individual educational plans, supervises children, supports literacy and other developmental skills, conducts parent conferences and home visits, maintains records, and collaborates with staff and volunteers. The position requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in child development or early childhood education or equivalent coursework, two years of preschool experience preferred, knowledge of Head Start and Michigan childcare regulations, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable transportation, and the ability to take a leadership role in the classroom. The salary is $25.62-$27.62.
