Description
The Teacher will plan, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive early childhood education program supporting children’s development and school readiness in compliance with Head Start Performance Standards. Responsibilities include developing Creative/High Scope lesson plans, managing classrooms, assessing children, engaging families through home visits and conferences, maintaining records, and participating in professional development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, at least two years of early childhood education experience, and experience with diverse, low-income families.
