The Teacher I plans and implements classroom curriculum, supervises play, meals, and rest, records children’s activities, communicates with parents, manages behavior, safeguards children, administers medication, and conducts parent conferences. The role requires an early-childhood education credential or relevant degree, programmatic experience, background checks, and training in child development and safety. Compensation is $17.25 to $25.87, with medical, dental, vision, prescription, HSA/FSA, life insurance, and other benefits.
