Description
The Teacher’s Aide supports teachers and assistant teachers in an Early/Head Start Program by helping create age-appropriate experiences, facilitating children’s activities, maintaining a safe and healthy classroom, supporting health and environment checklists, managing classroom files, and assisting with classroom evaluation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience working with children, Microsoft Office proficiency, independent assignment planning, prioritization, and multitasking; a Child Development Associate credential is preferred.
