Queen Eleanor Primary Academy is hiring an entry-level Teaching Assistant Apprentice for a 16-month Level 3 apprenticeship. The role works Monday to Friday during school hours, with 32 hours per week and an initial hourly wage of £8, then National Minimum Wage. The apprentice will support pupils’ learning and wellbeing, assist with classroom activities and curriculum delivery, help with literacy, numeracy, ICT, inclusion, SEND, marking, resources, supervision, and administrative tasks, while developing communication, teamwork, and professional skills under experienced staff supervision.
