Description
Springwood Heath Primary School is hiring an entry-level Teaching Assistant Apprentice to work toward the role of Additional Needs Support Assistant. The apprentice will support pupils with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, or autism; assist teachers and learning support staff; adapt learning activities; support ICT use; contribute to lesson planning, assessment, safeguarding, wellbeing, and personal care; and liaise with parents and external professionals. The role runs Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 3:30 pm, 32 hours per week, at £8 per hour for the first 12 months, with an expected duration of 16 months.
