Outwood Academy Hasland Hall is hiring two temporary Teaching Assistant 2 roles in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, starting 01/09/2026. The positions provide practical and learning support to students, including those with special educational needs, under the direction of class teachers. Duties include supporting the teaching cycle, monitoring and recording progress, assisting with individual plans, supporting social and emotional well-being, helping with personal care, providing cover in intervention settings, supervising educational visits, and invigilating formal examinations. Candidates need experience working with children or in a school environment, strong communication skills, ICT proficiency, confidentiality, and flexibility; experience with special needs or challenging behaviour is desirable.
