Partners in Child Development is hiring a full-time Teaching Assistant for its Anderson School in Andover, Massachusetts. The role supports a Special Education Teacher and school therapists with students who have multiple disabilities, moderate to severe developmental delays, and complex medical needs. Responsibilities include implementing IEP goals, assisting with classroom activities, maintaining the classroom, and supporting students’ physical and minimal health needs such as lifting, positioning, seating, feeding, toileting, and mobility. The position is 35 hours per week for 11 months of the year, pays $20 per hour, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other employee benefits.
