Description
St Bartholomew's CE Primary Academy is hiring a Teaching Assistant (KS1) to support learning in a classroom, work with individual pupils and small groups, help create an inclusive learning environment, support children with varying learning needs, and foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families. The role requires experience working with primary-aged children, strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, nurturing and enthusiasm, teamwork, high expectations for achievement and behaviour, and commitment to safeguarding. The fixed-term contract pays £14,733.00–£16,047.00 annually for 25 hours per week over 38 weeks, with an interview on 8 October 2026 and commencement ASAP.
