Gersh Autism is hiring a Teaching Assistant for a school-based role supporting students ages 5–21 on the autism spectrum across academic subjects and life skills. The position involves assisting with lesson planning and materials, implementing IEPs and behavior plans, collecting records and reports, collaborating with therapists and other specialists, and maintaining a safe, structured classroom environment. The job requires significant physical capability, with preference for a bachelor's degree, ATAS certification, and experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
