Description
The Teaching Assistant, Computer Information Science supports faculty and students in computer information science laboratories by installing, demonstrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment and facilities. The role provides lab and instructional support, prepares laboratories for experiments, maintains equipment and inventory records, assists with teaching materials and student projects, and may assemble and support servers, workstations, routers, switches, and related systems. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, preferably at least three years of hands-on hardware and software support experience, strong troubleshooting, networking, communication, customer service, organizational, and teamwork skills, and fluency in English.
