Catch22 Include schools is hiring a permanent, full-time Teaching Assistant to support vulnerable primary-school pupils aged 5 to 11, including those with challenging behaviour, special educational needs, speech and language difficulties, or other complex needs. The role involves behaviour management, lesson support, liaison with agencies, individual and group interventions, and maintaining relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and external professionals. Candidates should have Level 2 English and Maths, knowledge of safeguarding and SEN requirements, behaviour-management and de-escalation skills, and experience working with children with complex needs. The post pays £25,500–£27,183 per year, is term-time only plus 39 weeks, and requires an enhanced DBS check.
