Description
Correlation One is seeking Teaching Assistants (TAs) to support approximately 30 learners in their virtual training programs. TAs will provide both synchronous and asynchronous support, monitor Slack channels for learner inquiries, facilitate breakout rooms, and assist in keeping sessions progressing. They will also foster discussions, review content materials, hold office hours, grade assignments, and submit weekly write-ups summarizing accomplishments and challenges. The role requires fluency in Japanese and English, experience in data centers, excellent communication skills, and a learner-centered approach. Candidates with CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications are preferred. This remote position is compatible with Japan Standard Time.
