Description
The role supports teachers in developing, organizing, and implementing an interactive and adaptive curriculum for adults, while monitoring individual progress, documenting goals and behavior, providing personal care, maintaining a safe learning environment, and supporting classroom activities. The position also operates a passenger van for transportation, follows program and medical instructions, and may work across multiple training areas. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a CNA certificate, two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, a valid Arkansas driver's license, and the ability to lift and transfer adults.
