Description
Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania is hiring Teaching Assistants to support preschool classrooms serving children ages 3–5 with diverse developmental needs, including autism, communication delays, physical disabilities, and other developmental differences. The role supports the classroom teacher with daily instruction, routines, and individualized learning opportunities; may support individual children, small groups, or the whole classroom; and helps children develop communication, social-emotional, cognitive, physical, adaptive, and pre-academic skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate's degree or coursework in a related field and experience with preschool children or children with developmental delays are preferred.
