Brightway Living & Learning is hiring a full-time School Age Teaching Assistant to support students with developmental disabilities in an ungraded self-contained classroom. The role assists teachers with IEP implementation, behavior and performance data collection, instruction, safety, supervision, behavior-support plans, and student transportation; it also includes substitute coverage and ongoing training. The position offers Monday–Friday shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., pays $18.25–$21.90 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, an initial TA or NYSL1 Teaching Assistant certification, and strong communication skills.
