Broughton Hall High School is hiring an entry-level Teaching Assistant SEND apprentice to support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities in academic, personal, and behavioural settings. The role provides timetabled classroom support, one-to-one and group interventions, learning support planning, transition support, and reporting, with 35 hours per week during term time. The apprenticeship lasts 16 months, includes Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification training delivered online alongside the role, and pays £8 per hour, increasing to the national minimum wage for applicants aged 19 or older.
