Description
The Teaching Kitchen Supervisor supports the Teaching Kitchen Manager in operating the Copia Teaching Kitchen, including kitchen setup and breakdown, inventory and par-stock management, equipment maintenance, facility inspections, cleaning coordination, supply ordering, and logistical support for public-facing culinary programs. The role supervises and trains Teaching Kitchen Coordinators, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and requires an associate degree in Culinary Arts or a related field, or a high school diploma with five years of relevant experience. The position pays $28.00 per hour and requires availability for nights and weekends, physical lifting, and extended standing in warm kitchen environments.
