Description
The Teaching Kitchen Supervisor supports the Teaching Kitchen Manager in operating the Copia Teaching Kitchen, including kitchen setup and breakdown, inventory and par-stock management, equipment maintenance, facility inspections, cleaning coordination, supply ordering, and logistical support for instructional programs and events. The role supervises and trains Teaching Kitchen Coordinators, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and requires an associate degree in Culinary Arts or a related field, or a high school diploma with five years of relevant experience. The position pays $28.00 per hour and requires availability for nights and weekends, physical lifting, and extended standing in warm kitchen environments.
