The Store Manager- Team Coach will lead and develop the Leadership Team and Teammates at a bfresh store, guiding them to deliver an excellent customer experience, drive sales growth, maintain a clean and safe store, control shrink, ensure legal and HR compliance, and foster an engaged, fun, and innovative work environment. The role requires motivational communication, creative merchandising, inspirational leadership, cross-functional management, and the ability to develop others and lead change.
