Description
The Logistics Team Leader will organize and supervise depot activities, coach employees, coordinate shifts, participate in briefings, oversee goods preparation and loading, manage designated areas, plan leave and training, and enforce procedures and safety requirements. The role requires proficiency with logistics tools such as WMS and scanning, CACES 1-3-5 equipment experience or licensing, KPI analysis, leadership and team-management skills, organization, initiative, adaptability, and availability for alternating shifts from 5 a.m.–1 p.m. or 1 p.m.–9 p.m. The employer offers training, a competitive salary adjusted for experience and skills, and meal, eco, staff discount, and social benefits.
