Maxaro is hiring a Team Coordinator for its recently opened showroom in Nijmegen. The role oversees the showroom’s day-to-day operation and team, including staffing, work allocation, customer experience, advice quality, quotations, follow-up, coaching, and continuous improvement. The position requires an HBO-level working and thinking ability, 2–3 years of supervisory experience, strong commercial and customer-experience insight, decision-making and independent-working skills, and Dutch communication; English is preferred. It is a 32-to-40-hour role with onboarding, vacation benefits, pension, travel reimbursement, and employee discounts.
