Description
The Team Coordinator, also referred to as Team Leader or Foreman, leads operators on filling lines and is responsible for staffing, production monitoring, quality and hygiene compliance, coaching, process improvement, shift handovers, and incident reporting. The role requires a technical or logistics diploma or relevant shift-leader or operations-supervisor experience, fluent Dutch, leadership, communication, problem-solving, flexibility, and knowledge of HSE and quality standards. It offers a starting gross hourly wage of 16.3967 EURO, a two-shift premium, meal vouchers, allowances, and training opportunities.
