Description
The Team Coordinator leads and coaches a commercial sales team of promoters and salespeople in Den Bosch, providing on-the-job guidance, performance oversight, progress conversations, and field demonstrations. The role is full-time, five days per week including Saturday, with working hours from 09:00 to 18:00. No minimum education is required, while direct-sales experience and team-coaching experience are advantageous. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €2,500 to €10,000, commissions, a bonus, equipment, and advancement opportunities.
