Description
The Team Coordinator supports a supervisor in manufacturing by maintaining continuous production flow, relieving bottlenecks, filling in for other positions, identifying part and resource shortages, communicating issues to supervisors, engineers, and managers, and facilitating Lean Manufacturing processes. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, minimal WorkKeys scores, and at least four years of experience, with previous lead experience preferred. It involves lifting up to 100 pounds, learning hand tools and materials-tracking systems, working in extreme temperatures, and occasionally traveling 10% of the time.
