Description
The Team Coordinator supports a supervisor in a manufacturing department by maintaining continuous production flow, relieving bottlenecks, filling in for other positions, identifying part and resource shortages, communicating issues to supervisors, engineers, and managers, and facilitating Lean Manufacturing processes. The role may be assigned to other departments at the Anderson facilities, requires a high school diploma or GED with minimal WorkKeys scores and at least four years of experience, and involves physical manufacturing work including lifting up to 50 pounds, operating tools and equipment, and exposure to varying temperatures and welding operations.
