Description
Arvida is hiring a Gardener to create and maintain the gardens at its community, using natural gardening techniques. The role requires physical fitness, plant knowledge, safe work practices, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work calmly and courteously with residents. Applicants should ideally have Level 3 Horticulture, but training is provided. The position offers a market-rate salary, a uniform, tools, PPE, training, and an apprenticeship opportunity.
