Description
The OR Service Line Team Leader coordinates, directs, and strategically plans the operating room service line, collaborating with surgeons, surgical staff, medical, anesthesia, and hospital leadership to develop processes for instrument and inventory needs and support safe, high-quality surgical care. The role reports to the Nurse Manager of Surgery and requires an associate degree in surgical technology, current BLS certification, and CST or NCCT surgical technologist certification.
