Description
The Warehouse Team Lead supports employee performance, manpower utilization, training, standard operating procedures, and daily warehouse operations. The role leads and coaches team members, assigns work, adjusts staffing, analyzes productivity and kitting reports, resolves operational issues, and may perform additional associate duties. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of warehouse or manufacturing experience, leadership or team-coordination experience, communication and computer skills, and the ability to instruct a small team. Prior JD Edwards or similar ERP experience, operations or leadership training, and continuous-improvement or safety experience are preferred.
