The Team Lead manages a team responsible for delivering high-quality digital solutions, overseeing project and scope execution, timelines, resources, budgets, technical and operational standards, and team development. The role coordinates cross-functional efforts, manages client relationships, drives process improvements, plans workloads, resolves conflicts, and aligns team targets with company strategy. Candidates need a bachelor’s or college degree in an engineering or sustainability-related field, at least one year of relevant experience, and 5+ years of environmental compliance, regulatory affairs, or environmental management experience, including at least two years in a senior role.
