TTEC is hiring an onsite Team Lead in Tempe, Arizona. The role is a first-line management position responsible for coaching and motivating associates, meeting company and client performance metrics, handling escalations, coordinating training, managing attendance and payroll tasks, troubleshooting technology issues, and maintaining customer experience and team performance. An associate degree, technical school credential, or equivalent work experience is required, along with time management, empathetic leadership, conflict resolution, customer focus, communication, and computer-system skills.
