DONE!Financials is hiring a Teamleitung in Berlin to lead three to six financial consultants, support project delivery, serve as a client contact, maintain a practice mandate, establish standards and processes, contribute to capacity and service planning, and act as the final authority on complex accounting, tax, and closing matters. The role requires a certified accountant, tax advisor, or comparable qualification, at least ten years of relevant experience including responsible leadership, team-management experience, end-to-end HGB closing, tax-law knowledge, and DATEV expertise.
