Description
The Team Lead Acquiring will shape the development of epay’s acquiring business and e-commerce acquiring strategy, owning the portfolio across credit card, girocard, and alternative payment methods. The role covers pricing and profitability, customer and stakeholder management, strategic project leadership, team coaching, and process improvement. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least eight years of payment experience, acquiring expertise, and German and English negotiation skills; the position offers a hybrid arrangement with two days per week home office.
