Description
The Team Lead, Adult Housing Supports (AHS) provides day-to-day leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management for Adult Housing Supports staff while supporting case planning, referrals, service coordination, quality monitoring, program evaluation, and community partnerships. The role uses a recovery-oriented approach, requires a relevant diploma or degree, specific certifications and a Class 5 driver’s license, and at least four years of experience supporting marginalized, high-risk, and vulnerable populations plus two years of progressive leadership experience. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with some flexibility, and the compensation is $61,692.80 with vacation, sick days, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
