DRW is hiring an AI Platform Team Lead to oversee a newly formed unified team responsible for AI Platform Engineering and AI Support & Enablement. The role manages software engineers and AI support specialists, defines the technical vision for a federated management plane, translates user support insights into engineering requirements, and coordinates cloud foundations, third-party SaaS vendors, and on-premise AI hardware for model routing. The position requires cross-functional team management, distributed systems and API gateway expertise, and Go/Python knowledge, with an annual base salary of $200,000 to $250,000 and eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
