Forward Financing is hiring a Team Lead, Application Security to lead application and product security across Forward-built, third-party, and AI-built software. The role will modernize pentesting and vulnerability remediation, integrate AI security solutions, manage remediation workflows, build security controls, support test-to-production reviews, and grow a team of senior engineers. Candidates should have substantial application, offensive, or product security experience, hands-on pentesting and cloud security expertise, knowledge of AI/LLM attack surfaces, programming experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers a remote-first work arrangement with flexible hours and an annual targeted salary of $175,000–$200,000 USD plus a 12% bonus.
