Activate is hiring multiple part-time Team Leads for its Melbourne venue. Reporting to the Store Leader, the role supports daily venue operations, guides and coaches Game Facilitators, handles customer service and escalations, manages bookings and financial tasks, maintains game rooms and equipment, and supports events and special experiences. Candidates need customer-facing experience, team leadership and operational management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfort with technology and basic repairs, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
