Atlas Technica is hiring a full-time, exempt Team Lead for its Support department to lead and develop Junior Systems Engineers and Interns, serve as a technical escalation point, mentor team members, manage client relationships and projects, participate in on-call escalations, and improve service-delivery processes. The role is open to Boston, Massachusetts or Stamford, Connecticut and requires at least two years of people-management experience and five years of professional IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, systems administration, or a related technical function, along with substantial Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and managed-service-provider experience.
