Benchmark Human Services is recruiting a Team Lead for its Supported Living homes in Columbus, Ohio. The role supports and trains direct care staff, manages schedules, ensures home safety and cleanliness, monitors individual treatment and health-care needs, coordinates safety drills and client conferences, and maintains client information. The position requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably at least two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and some supervisory experience. It offers health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and other benefits, with a stated salary of $18.00-$20.80 per hour.
