Description
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor performs moderately complex material handling work, including workflow monitoring, wave and rack notifications, picking, sorting, packing, and aged-order cleanup. The role also supervises and develops team members, coaches and mentors staff, helps establish performance plans, participates in operating-procedure development, and maintains safe work practices. Candidates need high school education or equivalent, experience communicating goals and managing resources, mobile-scanning experience, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
