Computershare Business Support Services is hiring a Team Lead for its Corporate Trust business in Bangalore, India, with a hybrid arrangement primarily based in Hyderabad and requiring three office days per week. The role oversees the delivery of high-quality service, supervises associates, manages workloads and performance tracking, mentors employees, prepares metric reporting, and supports RMBS bond reconciliation, collateral processing, corporate trust services, securitization, and related registry and transfer-agency activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 7 to 10 years of overall experience, English fluency, knowledge of registry and transfer-agency services, and experience in US corporate trust, financial services, FHLB processes, or a similar field.
