Forms+Surfaces is hiring a Team Lead to coordinate daily work in a specified department or product line while continuing assigned manufacturing duties. The role includes training and mentoring employees, supporting production schedules and workload distribution, maintaining quality and production records, evaluating work orders and manufacturing processes, participating in safety programs, and contributing to product reviews and process improvements. Candidates must be able to train and motivate team members, communicate effectively, interpret technical drawings, manage production challenges, and work flexible shifts including short-notice overtime and weekend work.
