Description
Roots is hiring a Team Lead to support store leadership and sales associates in a retail apparel environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role helps manage store operations, motivates and coaches the sales team, supports customer service and selling excellence, oversees task delegation and breaks, performs opening and closing procedures, and assists with onboarding, training, inventory, banking, reporting, and policy adherence. The position requires at least one year of related retail apparel experience, leadership ability, POS and banking experience, organization, problem solving, customer-service focus, collaboration, and availability for varied shifts including weekends, closing, and holidays.
