Markas is hiring a Team Lead in Graz to independently deliver and coordinate services, schedule and lead staff, conduct quality checks and training, serve as the first point of contact for employees, and support the site manager and administrative staff. The role requires German at least at A2 level, computer skills, a class B driver’s license, reliability, and a team-oriented approach; knowledge of team leadership is an advantage. It offers a Monday-to-Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM schedule, comprehensive onboarding, and a gross hourly wage of €14.00.
