MRI Software is hiring an AI Developer and Team Lead to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models across natural language processing, computer vision, and structured data; architect Azure-based AI services; lead AI experiments; and mentor junior engineers. The role requires 5+ years of AI/ML development experience, expertise in LLMs and traditional machine learning, strong software engineering and cloud deployment skills, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field. It is based in India with hybrid working arrangements and includes medical insurance, a performance-related bonus, and flexible Fridays.
