Description
PADNOS is hiring a Team Lead to report to the Operations Coach and lead safe, efficient, high-quality production and logistics operations during assigned shifts. The role includes team leadership, workflow and process improvement, risk escalation, inventory and buying support, training, KPI performance, quality assurance, and occasional heavy-equipment yard operations. The schedule is Monday through Friday with weekends as needed, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and requires at least two years of team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, six months of heavy-equipment operation experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
