Description
Paytm is hiring a Team Lead to manage client and brand programs, accelerate sales and distribution growth, guide and monitor a team, define sales processes and structures, coordinate training, manage customer expectations, and convert merchants to EDC swipe machines. The role requires at least two years of distribution sales experience in fintech, banking, or EDC sales, a bachelor's degree, strong communication and relationship-building skills, willingness to travel, and knowledge of the local language.
