Description
The Team Lead supports the daily operations of the Imaging unit by performing production work, coordinating workflow, and serving as the primary on-floor resource for questions, process clarification, and issue escalation. This role requires strong working knowledge of prep, scan, indexing, Indexing Review, quality control, and all related imaging processes. The Team Lead assists with training, identifies issues that impact production, communicates concerns with the appropriate leadership, and supports the Supervisor and Operations Manager with operational needs. This position is hands-on and expected to assist wherever needed to maintain production flow and quality.
