CEVA Logistics is hiring a Team Lead for its contract logistics site in Lich to manage a shift-based operational sub-area for an international e-commerce customer. The role involves leading about 25 employees, ensuring efficient daily operations, supporting staffing and resource planning, monitoring KPIs, implementing safety/quality/compliance requirements, and contributing to peak season planning and process improvements. The position requires vocational training, initial leadership experience, WMS/ERP and Excel knowledge, and good German language skills, with strong emphasis on teamwork and shift work.
